"My wife and I had Scott inspect a home we were looking at in 2010. At that time, we did not know him, but he came highly recommended from a friend and realtor. The inspection itself was incredibly thorough. As I am someone who does not have a lot of knowledge on the subject, Scott personally walked me through his findings and explained any and all issues he found with the property.
