Scott Anderson does a very thorough job, and is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and ethical. My home inspection was scheduled on the same day as my mother’s funeral, so Scott kindly offered to do the inspection as scheduled, even though I was unable to be there, and to meet with me at the house on another day to go over the results.  I was very appreciative of his generosity, and of his patience and good humor in answering my questions. He helpfully explained many aspects of home ownership to me, a first-time homeowner. I would enthusiastically recommend Scott Anderson’s services as a Home Inspector.

"My wife and I had Scott inspect a home we were looking at in 2010. At that time, we did not know him, but he came highly recommended from a friend and realtor. After that first inspection, we were more than impressed. Scott was first of all very timely and punctual. He never had to adjust times or reschedule, and he seemed to have a great handle on his schedule. This means a lot when your racing to get last minute details tied up!

The inspection itself was incredibly thorough. As I am someone who does not have a lot of knowledge on the subject, Scott personally walked me through his findings and explained any and all issues he found with the property.
